Do you have a showroom to view and test the items?
In order to facilitate you in the buying process, we are selling exclusively online and therefore do not require a showroom. This leaves you the freedom to purchase whenever and from wherever you want. Because we know that your time is precious, we have made all the information that you could require available online.
How do I checkout?
Roll over your shopping cart on the top right corner of the page and click the checkout button that appears.
You will then need to follow a very quick 3 step process.
How long does it take to checkout?
We estimate the checkout process to take a maximum of 5 minutes.
How much is delivery going to cost?
You can calculate your shipping fees during the checkout process. For metropolitan and country areas, we require delivery fees based on order content.
For all country, Northern Territory or Tasmanian areas, we will need our friendly staff to send you a quotation. You can place your order or contact us and we will come back to you with a delivery price.
Where do you deliver in Australia?
We are proud to say that we will get your items delivered anywhere in all states and territories of Australia, whether it is a metro or country area.
What will be the estimated time of arrival of my order?
At Chair Warehouse your delivery is our priority and this is why most orders generally take from 3 to 5 days to be delivered.
Although, delivery times will vary, depending on where you are located and what items you have purchased. In the case of unfortunate events occurring, it could take longer than expected for your delivery to be completed.
How does the shipping fees calculation work?
You will need to enter your postcode, press the calculate button and the system will get back to you with a delivery price for the total of your order.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately we do not offer this option at this stage, as we are concentrating all our efforts to satisfy our Australian customers.
Can I organise my own courier?
Unfortunately not at this stage. Our products are generally delivered from large manufacturers distributions centres who are unable to deal with Third party couriers.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
What warranty do you offer?
All items sold by Chair Warehouse are under warranty, up to 10 years. Because we guarantee quality products, most of our items come with a minimum supplier’s warranty of two years. Some items offer a longer warranty.
What happens if my item under warranty stops working or break?
You will need to contact us with the make, model and serial number of the faulty item as well as the nature of the fault. We will then arrange it to be picked up and replaced ASAP.
Can I return an item if I am not happy with it?
At Chair Warehouse we are confident that our products and warranties are the best available on the market. We make sure that you receive all the information and advice to assist you in making the right decision. However, we offer a 100% refund policy. Return the item to us in original condition & packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. See our terms & conditions
